Under a brilliant blue sky, our amazing St. Andrew’s team put together the final lawn sale of the summer on Labour Day Saturday. Taking advantage of the foot traffic generated by the community market across the street, our volunteers had arranged a tempting display of items for sale from our year-round What-Not Shop. Other offerings were hot dogs, drinks and cookies. The flower gardens by the church door were blooming and beautiful, while canopies, erected earlier in the day, shielded people from a very warm September sun.
St. Andrew’s people demonstrated once again what makes our community so special, as we welcomed tourists and residents to stop and chat and take a moment to refresh. Once again, an amazing team effort.
