Community Hymn Sing

On the first Saturday in October, the St. Andrew’s community gathered in the afternoon for a rousing hymn sing. Led by our wonderful Sunday morning musicians, Sara and Pete, and joined by vocalist Carol and guitarist and vocalist Casey, the assembled throng sang with full hearts fourteen of our favourite hymns and worship songs. We even sang Amazing Grace twice!

An amazing and convivial potluck followed — roast beef, mashed potatoes and vegetables with many sides and delicious desserts.

What a wonderful gift to St. Andrew’s congregation! Plans are afoot to make this a regular event.
