The Diocese of Ontario 2025 Synod took place from May 8 to May 10 in Kingston, Ontario, bringing together delegates for discussions, worship, and reflection. The Synod theme, "Communities of Hope Through Disruptive Grace," emphasized the church’s call to serve in the present moment rather than looking backward to the past.

Synod opened with a service at St. George’s Cathedral, where Bishop William Cliff delivered his charge, urging the diocese to embrace the transformative power of the Holy Spirit. The following days at Ban Righ Conference Hall, Queen’s University, featured plenary sessions, workshops, and keynote addresses focused on renewal, service, and social justice.

The 2025 Synod provided an opportunity for deep engagement, fostering a renewed commitment to faith and action in the Diocese of Ontario.
